Audiobooks I Finished This week

The audiobooks I listened to this week were some pretty amazing books. Here they are:

1. Wild Fire by Hannah Grace

Wildfire

This is the second book in the Maple Hills novel. The first book was Icebreaker, which is very popular.

Wild fire starts with a hook up. Aurora left the room when Russ was trying to get the courage to ask her out. When Russ came out of the bathroom, Aurora was gone. They thought it would be the only time they’ll see each other, but it turned out that it wouldn’t be.

The two would be counselors at the same camp, and their relationship blossoms from there.

I couldn’t put this audiobook down. I listened to this entire book in one day, which is a record for me. It usually takes me about a week to get through an audiobook.

I stopped everything and devoured this book like Russ… not going to make the reference. 😆 However, it’s a solid book, and I highly recommend reading/listening to it.

2. Reborn On The Run

Reborn On The Run

Catra Corbett was a drug addict. She did all the drugs imaginable. Then she got caught. She had to do something more with her life. How was she going to stop her drug addiction?

She just ran. Like Forrest Gump, she would run all over the US. She also has run 100+ 100 mile races, which is insane!

Her endurance is what put her on the map. At one point, she ran 12 100 mile races in one year, so one each month.

This book took me a couple weeks to finish because of the writing, but it’s a solid book nonetheless.

If you’re into running and want to improve yourself, check out this book.

Those are the two books I’ve finished this week. Solid ending to a tiring week. I’ve been running nonstop, and it’s taken a good chunk of my day. Nonetheless, I’m still working and still putting in work. Let’s get it.
